Kelly Ann Keegan
Kelly is a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, who has turned her 10 years of experience in human resources into a holistic, practical, results-based approach to empower passionate and driven women to become their best selves. Through practical, actionable goals and corporate insider knowledge, Kelly encourages women to shift their perspective, explore their ultimate vision of a fulfilled life, and truly step into their power. She believes that every woman can embrace their unique gifts and build a life of passion, purpose, and fun!
Kelly also spends her time as an HR Consultant, working with leaders and game-changing organizations to drive business results by creating the best culture possible: high-performing teams, inspiring and collaborative leaders, and highly engaged employees.
Throughout her career, Kelly has collaborated with leaders to conduct strategic planning in support of business objectives, working for companies like VF Corporation, Victoria’s Secret, and Thrillist Media Group in New York City, and most recently AEP and Networked Insights in Chicago. She received a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from James Madison University.
Katie is a travel & adrenaline junkie, animal lover, business development/ marketing professional, and a serial entrepreneur. In between launching new businesses and traveling the world, Katie seeks out constant opportunities to bring powerful women together to make a greater impact on the world. She also heavily involved in philanthropy and proudly serves as a Board Member for Step Up.
Katie was previously VP of Customer Success at Networked Insights where she led engagements with companies such as Under Armour, Estee Lauder Companies, Campbell’s & Boulder Brands. Through NI's proprietary SaaS platform, Kairos, Katie helped clients obtain insights related to marketing strategy, audience segmentation, content planning and digital/social activation.
Prior to joining Networked Insights, Katie was involved in launching Chicago-based startups, KLUTCHclub and Noblivity as the VP of Development and VP of Sales.
Katie began her career in consulting at A.T. Kearney, after receiving her BBA from the University of Michigan.
